Supermodel, dancer and Bollywood actress Yana Gupta (born Synkova) has separated from her husband Satyakam Gupta. The Czech-born beauty got married to the Indian sculptor four years ago. The reasons of the split, as Yana said, are too personal to reveal them to public. However, she added that the couple was trying to make things work out for a long time, but separations seemed the best way out of the situation.

26-year-old Yana meantime is taking part in the new Bollywood movie Jogi, directed by Prem of Kariya and Excuse Me, where she will dance to a folk gypsy song. The film has already caused a lot of controversial talks, mainly because of her routine for the song Bin Laden nan maava, which mentions Osama Bin Laden, claimed to be responsible for the death of 3000 people in the bombing of the World Trade Center.

Yana has been modelling since the age of 16 and has worked in Milan, Paris and Vienna before settling in Pune, India, where her husband is based. Her portfolio includes such brands as Lakme, LG, Toyota, and Sony and the covers of such magazines as Femina, Cosmo, Elle and L'Officiel.
