Court battles seem to be getting habitual for Catherine-Zeta Jones who has just withstood the hearings against her alleged stalker and is now suing a strip-club in Nevada for using her image without her consent. The 29-year-old has filed a lawsuit against the Spice House Club after discovering her photographs alongside half-naked ladies in explicit poses featured on the clubs website.
The Spice House owner Kent Wallace claims the designer took the images of Catherine Zeta Jones from a website without recognizing who she was. However, the Welsh beauty who is very protective of her image, says the pictures endorsed or approved of the sexually explicit content and could potentially dilute the value of celebrity endorsement.
Wallace says the pictures were taken off the website as soon as the actresss lawyer contacted him. We are just shocked and bemused by this, he told Reuters on Monday. She is a big double-D and we are just B cups. She ought to pick on someone her own size.
The lawsuits demand for damages, reports Reuters, is at least $75,000.
