MODELS be careful with this guy..........

Hello, I AM AN ESTABLISHED MODEL from Las Vegas...my name is Justine Sands.
I am posting this to warn as many models as i can- so the same thing won't happen to them.
Watch out for photographer SEAN ARMENTA
This photographer does nice work, however he will not give you all your photos when you are done. He will tell you that he doesn't sign releases or agreements -and he never has. So, if you tell him u will email him one to sign, he says thats fine. He will agree with whatever, then tell you he will email u your pics.
Anyhow, he will only end up sending a very small portion of what you shoot with him.
I learned this lesson. We shot over 300 pics and he only sent me 20 on a disk, and they were 2 weeks late on top of that. He STILL refuses to send me the rest.
Hes a fashion photographer. I was interested in content for my site..something different and with a fashion edge to it. So i contacted him asking if he would do a TF-CD he said yes. So we agreed on a TF-CD..i drove from Vegas to Cali and we shot for 4 hours at his studio. After i went back home to Vegas he decided to say via email it was only a test shoot (testing for what???) and that he never stated an amount of pics that he would give me. I don't do test shoots, i have plenty of work and photographers that would be happy to work with me. Anyway, he chose the pics he wanted and sent those 20. They were not even the best pics, I know because he showed me a few before i left the shoot that day.
HE TOOK PICS of me TOPLESS AND NAKED AS I had requested i wanted for my site ... AFTER WE WERE DONE WITH THE SHOOT I WAS NAKED and went to pick up my camera and started shooting a few frames of my fiance'. Sean then started to SNAP PICS OF ME NAKED WITHOUT MY CONSENT while i was testing my camera at his studio. I didn't say much because i assumed he would not need to keep those for his fashion work and would just send them to me, but it turns out that he KEPT THEM. INFACT, I never even received any of the nude pics!! Why would he think that i would drive 4 1/2 hrs to his studio for a 4 hr, shoot for only 20 pics?? Thats crazy !
TWO OTHER PEOPLE WERE THERE TO BACK UP MY STORY -SO I'M NOT EVEN WORRIED.
IN 7 YRS OF MODELING I'VE NEVER EXPERIENCED SOMETHING LIKE THIS AND I KNOW THIS HAPPENS MORE THAN WE KNOW.
JUST LETTING MODELS KNOW TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY. Maybe your EXPERIENCE WITH HIM WAS OK, but not mine.
Why would he keep all my nude photos??
It took both of us to create those images, i worked just as hard, and to only receive 20 images out of more than 300...and being there for 4 hours...thats just wrong!
