On September 16, a $4 million lawsuit was filed in Manhattan Federal Court against one the world’s leading agencies in fashion industry - Next Model Management.

Canadian supermodel Tasha Tilberg claimed that her former management agency, between July 2001 and May 2003, swiped $150,000 from her by “underreporting” the model’s earnings. As claims the lawsuit, according to New York Daily News, 25-year-old Tilberg quit Next after she was told by the agency’s co-founder Millie Pellet that she was being charged “service fees”.

Tilberg’s pretty face is known to the publics from Alberta Ferretti, Bloomingdale's, Comma, Esprit, Gucci, Mango, Missoni, Moscihino, Versace Jeans Couture, Versus and Calvin Klein advertisements, as well as the covers of Mademoiselle US, Vogue Deutsch, Vogue Espana, Elle France, Harper's Bazaar US, Marie Claire France, Flare Canada.
