On September 12 a large and diverse group of celebrities gathered to celebrate the 100-year anniversary of one of the largest and most successful beauty companies in the world, Coty Inc. The gala VIP party took place at the Rise Center for Earth and Space in New York City and welcomed artists, models and other members of bohemian community. According to Canada NewsWire, among the invitees were Jennifer Lopez, Isabella Rossellini, Kate Moss, Kenneth Cole, Linda Evangelista.
A new book Coty: Perfumer and Visionary, dedicated to Francois Coty and the
company he founded in 1904, was presented at the event. 240 pages review the company’s rich
history, as well as its place in the beauty industry at present and future.
Coty Inc. is one of the leading global beauty groups with operations in 25 countries and sales of $1.95 billion in 2004, which includes the world-known brands such as Davidoff, Jennifer Lopez, Adidas, Rimmel, Isabella Rossellini, Vivienne Westwood, Marc Jacobs, Kenneth Cole and many others.
The book will appear this fall in stores worldwide at the price of 50 euros.
