Young Wimbledon champion Maria Sharapova is launching the first fragrance of her own. British Vogue reports that the one of the People Magazine’s “50 Most Beautiful People” is set to launch the scent by this fall.

Sharapova, the number two ranked tennis player in the world, was in Paris, where she made an announcement of the launching the new fragrance for Palmolive.

"I can't say too much as it's top secret, " Maria was quoted by Vogue, "but it's very light and fresh, with hints of magnolia. I wanted it to be something people could wear all day long."

The scent is said to have it’s creators name and to appear on the shelves in a bright pink bottle. The 18-year-old beauty is also planning to try herself in modeling:      

"I have a mannequin at home which I work on with a friend,” she said. “I don't want it to be anything to do with tennis though, if I have my own line I'd want it to be strictly off-court clothing."
