Lara Croft star Angelina Jolie will present a 30 minute documentary featuring Europe’s sex slavery. Inhuman Traffic will expose to the audience documentary interviews with the victims of trafficking chain, criminals who generate the brutal business, and people who pay money for sex with illegal “commodities”. The program is to be broadcasted on MTV Networks Europe in February.
The 29-year-old famous and beautiful United Nations goodwill ambassador says: “It is a tragedy that in the 21st century hundreds of thousands of people are trafficked and exploited every year.” The number of such vicitms reaches 500,000 a year.
As reported online.ie, the actress hopes that MTV’s Exit Campaign will help to protect lots of foreign women and girls from trafficking “by making informed decisions about their futures, and help all of us to understand that we have the responsibility, and the power, to help end exploitation and trafficking, wherever they occur, in whatever form.”
