Newly-single pop star Britney Spears appears with a new man, new panties and without Paris Hilton.

The man seen kissing the comeback queen Britney Spears in recent pictures is Jonathan 'Jr' Rotem (aka JR Rotem).

Rotem is a music producer who in addition to working with Spears on her new album has also worked with Paris Hilton and Kevin Federline.
