The tour "Guide to Quality, Taste and Style" scheduled for April 25-27 deserves to be considered a fashion event.

"Project Runway's" style mentor and chair of the Fashion Design Department at Parsons New School for Design, Tim Gunn is an authority when it comes to giving fashion advice.

His new book discusses aspects of creating and maintaining personal style such as how to dress for different occasions, how to shop (from designer to outlet to vintage stores), how to pick a fashion role model and even how to improve your posture. Several upcoming book signings and Q&A sessions offer invaluable face time with the style guru.
