Irene Neuwirth`s fascination with intricate beadwork had sprung up while she was still in college.
Her sense of style and her gift to create incredibly attractive colour compositions drew attention to her works, which she started selling right on the streets. Within a few years the hobby had grown into Irene Neuwirth Designs company. The decorations, made of inwrought jewels became real best-sellers, and Irene could be proudly dubbed the setter of a new trend.
In 2000, major trade network Barneys New York decided to introduce Irene`s collection to it`s buyers; the collection is still selling in a prestigious first floor boutique section. The following years, Irene`s collections were always among Barney`s best-selling items.
Neuwirth is also selling her jewellery at Neiman-Marcus (Beverly Hills и Coral Gables), Barneys, Takashimaya (NY), Fragments (NY), Forty Five Ten (Dallas), Susan’s of Burlingame (San Francisco) and Twist (Seattle).
The main detail, attracting the buyers is an unusual combination of intensive colours and natural shapes, emphasizing their owner`s beauty.
