International Modeling Agencies Alliance and Ultima production center (Russia), created recently under direction of IMAA president Vladislav Metreveli, are launching their new project Fashion Ring. The idea of the new show is to combine both beauty and intellectual contest in one stage performance.

The project`s concept suggests holding regular meetings of 4-member model teams, representing Russia`s competing model agencies, in Moscow clubs.

The models will have to demonstrate their frofessional skills (catwalk) wit and intellectual level as well as fitness (bathing suit contest). The jury of fashion industry professionals will decide which team makes it to the next level. The absolute winner will take part in a similar contest in Hollywood.

The first rounds will be held in Moscow on May 5th through 9th. Modeling Agencies from Ukraine, Latvia (former USSR republics), and Russian cities (Penza, Murmansk, Noginsk, Omsk, and other) are expected to take part.
