The need for expecting models became obvious to the company`s president Liza Elliot-Ramirez while she was late in her pregnancy and still wanted to continue modeling. She saw that the industry didn't have readily available sources of expecting models.

She formed Expecting Models in the Summer of 2001 - the One and ONLY talent agency that represents models and families who are expecting and nursing, providing a wide range of talent from high fashion, commercial print, runway, catalogue, and acting. All models and actors are experienced talent and professionals in the industry. There is also 2 Dads divisions - Expecting Dads and New Dads. The men in this category are industry professionals.
The Expecting Sibs and New Sibs divisions are the real daughters and sons of the expecting mom/dad or both. The children in this division add true chemistry to any photo or on-camera session. Real Families division is a collection of their models, all in one place, Moms, Dads, and children.
