Hugo Boss, the internationally acclaimed fashion and lifestyle company, announced the launch of its Spring/Summer 2004 collection in India. The collection features crisp, relaxed clothing for the modern bohemian, comprising chic and stylish men’s wear. While lightweight, unstructured jackets feel instantly comfortable; when coupled with the new-look cargo pants and silver sneakers, they create a look of effortless style.
The key silhouette of the range, as reflected in the sports jackets and coats, is the fitted two-button single-breasted suit, with natural shoulders and narrow pants. But for a more striking look, one can team a shiny satin suit with a white cotton shirt, black tie, and real crocodile leather shoes.
The myriad colour palette spans the spectrum of light and dark, ranging from white to intensely dark -dominated by green, and exploding into a riot of exotic print and pattern. The shirts and ties feature orchid and tropical leaf prints and other touches of oriental-inspired embroidery such as floral motifs.
The modern “sporty” feel runs through the collection- jackets with sportswear details, such as sleeve patches, press buttons, top stitching, A-line shirt jackets with belts and D-rings, and striped linings in ultra-light cottons. Parkas and technical jackets with mesh linings in silvery metallic colors complete the look of a futuristic traveller.
