The singer, actress and fashion designer Jennifer Lopez has chosen Russian capital as a place for her first store launch. The 300 square meter store, that will contain a range of J. Lo by Jennifer Lopez products, will open in Crocus City Mall on May 31 and will stand among the likes of Calvin Klein in Ungaro.

Aimed at the Russian capital's richest 12- to 25-year-old girls, the store will feature clothes, jeans, belts, jewelry, sunglasses and fragrances. "There will be a swing chair and girls are expected to come with their friends to have a good time," Tatyana Stoliarskaya, a spokesperson for the mall, told The Hindu."

'Moscow for Jennifer represents the ultimate in beauty, luxury and culture,' reads a press-release for the fashion show scheduled for the official store opening. However, Stoliarskaya, said it was not yet certain if Lopez would make it to Moscow. It is possible, that she will cancel her visit because of the security concerns over the high number of suicide bombings, blamed on Chechen extremists, that have recently hit the Russian capital. The "millionaire” Crocus City Mall will be closed to the public if Lopez attends the opening.
