CHINA`s International Fashion Week wrapped up on Saturday in Beijing. The seven-day event opened with the Hempel Award, the 12th Annual International Fashion contest for Young Designers. The new talents competed for the prize, showcasing the collections based on the theme “My Vision Of China”. The award went to Hu Li, the 20-year-old student of Beijing Institute Of Clothing Technology.

The top Chinese models who graced the catwalks included the current Miss China, Guan Qi, who is herself a graduate in fashion design from the Beijing Institute.

Almost 60 designers from 19 countries showcased their talents during the event.
