International film and recording star, Beyonce Knowles, today announces a joint venture with Arthur and Jason Rabin. This partnership will provide the infrastructure for licensing and brand management to the new Beyonce fashion label. In turn, Beyonce Knowles and her mother, Tina, will play an active role in the creative direction and inspiration for the collections.
