Chinese martial arts star Jackie Chan, will be entering the world of fashion with the launch of his own line of clothing. The Xinhua news agency reports, that the 49-year-old star of "Rush Hour" and "Shanghai Noon" said he hoped his garments would be a hit in China and beyond.

“I would like to develop a fashion brand for all Chinese and bring it to the world stage," said the actor.

Chan modelled his new clothing, which bears a Chinese dragon logo and the English word "Jackie", at an informal fashion show in Beijing.
