The rapper and fashion designer Sean Combs, also known by his Puff Daddy and P.Diddy nicknames, has revealed that he is in talks with the MTV bosses about hosting a TV show in which he and his guests will talk politics. The singer, whose recent premier in “A Raisin in the Sun” is turning out to be Broadway's biggest success this spring, told the New York Post that he is going to scout the streets of Harlem, Brooklyn and Detroit for "real people."
"The people who usually ask the candidates questions are screened, and I'm going to use real people off the streets to get their questions out there," Combs told the paper. "I'm going to make Kerry and Bush squirm."
Combs also says, he hopes to encourage a record number of young people and minorities to vote.
