Jennifer Anniston is going to sell the Beverly Hills house, that took Brad Pitt over two years to renovate. After filing the divorce papers, she asked her ex to give her keys for the mansion he planned to sell himself.

The price of the mansion on the market is $20 million (GBP10.5 million), and, as it was bought only for $12 million (GBP6.3 million) in 2003, the couple will gain $8 million (GBP4.2 million) from the sale.

Now Anniston is thinking about buying a beach house in Malibu, California, and become a neighbour to her best friend Courtney Cox.
