Pop star Jessica Simpson has denied rumors of any split with Nick Lachey and appeared hand in hand with her singer husband at presentation of her new venture, Dessert Treats, in New York on February 9.
The new deliciously kissable fragrance and body care collection which “will please everyone's sweet tooth and wallet” is available beginning February at Walgreens, Brooks, Eckerd, Sephora, Ulta, Claire's and Longs Drugs and online at http://www.desserttreats.com. The line features six products in banana split, bubble gum, butterscotch toffee, creamsicle, cotton candy, and lollipop flavors and will be launched at almost 10,000 retailers nationwide.
"I had such a great time developing Dessert Beauty with Randi earlier last year, we couldn't wait to get started on Dessert Treats," said Simpson, co- creator of Dessert Treats. "Dessert Treats is really unique, and I am so excited that we can make the Dessert line even more accessible to women and girls across the country. Dessert Treats are a sweet alternative to traditional beauty products and the yummy new flavors are my favorite ones yet."
"Jessica and I are thrilled to introduce Dessert Treats in February 2005. We've carefully redesigned and reformulated the classic Dessert Beauty brand to help make Dessert Treats even more accessible to consumers throughout the country," said Shinder, president and co-creator of Dessert Treats. "Dessert Treats will deliver six high quality products at a conservative price. Each Treat will be available in some of the world's most popular flavors. From bubble gum to butterscotch toffee, there will be a flavor for everyone."
