Pop diva Kylie Minogue has been hired for 500,000 GBP (963,000 USD) to make a special Christmas performance for 500 of Russia’s wealthiest people, including Chelsea football club owner Roman Abramovich.

The 36-year-old singer has traveled to Moscow with her band and backing dancers for the exclusive show.

“Although it is Christmas it was just too much money to turn down for one gig. The party is for the cream of Russian society,” said a source, according to Teenmusic.com.
