Mariah Carey, famous for her beautiful voices as well as for raunchy outfits, will get a chance to change her image and style with the help of Vogue editor Andre Leon Talley. The 35-year-old pop diva met the fashion guru at the party and literally begged him to work on her fashion sense and overhaul her old style.

Carey’s representative Marvet Britto was quoted by New York Post as saying: "Mariah needed guidance. She has an incredible sense of style, but then she went out in outfits like cut-off shorts and tank tops. It was her old team of people telling her to wear that. "Mariah always said she would love Andre's guidance, and he was thrilled to help."

The collaboration between Carey and Leon, who works for the American edition of the legendary magazine, might also help the singer improve her relationships with major fashion houses, which she spoiled after lending designers outfits and then modifying them the way she liked. 

Britto also added: "Andre is also there to help Mariah's broken relationships with fashion houses. No one wanted to lend clothes to her because when she wore them the clothes would be different - shorter or not worn right - and it wouldn't complete their vision of the clothing."
