Slovenian model Melania Trump is to star in a TV ad. The new wife of the 58-year-old billionaire Donald Trump, Melania is making her commercial debut, promoting health insurance on TV.
The supermodel, the new face of the American Family Life Insurance Company of Columbus (AFLAC), will debut on TV screens on Monday, May 2.
"I am very excited to make my acting debut in the latest Aflac commercial," says the 34-year-old Trump, according to zap2it.com.
"Donald is known for saying 'You're fired'; maybe I will be known for saying 'Aflac.'"
The Bride of Frankenstein parody presents a horrified Trump who, upon waking, discovers that she has pair of webbed feet – like duck’s ones. Afterwards a mad scientist will reportedly transplant the voice of the model into the duck so he can do more than just quack.
"Following five years of saying only 'Aflac,' we believe viewers will enjoy seeing the Aflac Duck talk," Dan Amos, the chairman and CEO of Aflac says.
"The commercial gives the duck a voice in a very clever and entertaining way. We were pleased that Melania Trump was available to help the duck talk about the benefits of Aflac with glamorous appeal."
