The launch is in continuation of a 50:50 joint venture between the two companies that was formed in November 2006. GAS has a wide presence across 56 countries and is available at 3000 points of sale, making it a truly global brand in fashion & lifestyle.

The GAS brand in India was launched today by Raymond Limited in New Delhi in the presence of Mr. Claudio Grotto, Founder, Chairman and CEO of GAS, and Mr. Pradeep Bhandari, Group President and Whole-time Director, Raymond Ltd. The brand will be available across 600 points of sale by the end of three
years.
