The countdown to Valentine’s Day is on and Castle Megastore arranged a fashion show extravaganza like no other. For its two-day “Weekend of Romance at the Castle,” Friday night they included a showcase of the extraordinary Dreamgirl line of upscale lingerie, a one-night only event where ladies reign supreme. Starting at 7 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 26, 2007, Dreamgirl design guru Janine Templeton was on hand to personally introduce the company’s 2007 luxury lingerie line-up to customers. Joining Templeton was Dreamgirl celebrity spokesmodel Ursula Mayes, who regularly appears on NBC’s wildly popular “Deal or No Deal.” Mayes has also appeared in magazines that include Maxim, Muscle & Fitness, and OC Health, and was recently named one of People magazine’s “100 most beautiful people.”
At this two-hour event, people have been pampered. Guests are greeted at the door by male Chippendale-style models, who escorts you to your seat for this thrilling runway ride. Showcasing more than 30 of Dreamgirl’s showcase collection of Valentine and Bridal fashions, Phoenix’s top runway models expose audience members to the latest designer lingerie trends in what Castle is hopeful will become a popular annual event. Festive attire complemented the evening that will be remembered thanks to a baby grand piano, Master of Ceremonies and deejay, chocolate fountain, bakery desserts, refreshments and a 50-foot runway.
From lingerie to love lotions, drawings were held for door prizes throughout the event. A special vendor showcase previewed the hottest-selling toys and romantic specialty items.
Following Friday night’s exciting romantic affair for ladies, Saturday night Castle will host Men’s Night — a Valentine fashion show by the girls of Club Jenna. All seven Girls of Club Jenna will be showcasing a collection of sexy, sultry Valentine lingerie specially brought in for this exclusive night of shopping.
