The Original Lefty's Goes Online

The Original Lefty’s clothing line, which voices the political opinion of the youth through original apparel, launches an online store.

Created in 2004 by Ravi Dosaj, who is now Art-Director/Co-owner of the firm, The Original Lefty's clothes can be bought in every best clothing stores in Los Angeles, San Francisco and Florida. The firm is currently conquering the market of New York and testing its strength in an online e-commerce business.

The decision was dictated by the high demand on The Original Lefty's clothing abroad: We held off from offering the line to anyone but stores, but after we received emails from as far as Australia, China and Iceland, I knew we needed to make them available on the Internet," said Ravi Dosaj.

Started before elections 2004 to voice up the protest against war in Iraq and political regime, with the slogan "If you can't get it off of your chest, wear it on your chest,"  the firm had a big success and turned into one of the leading companies in the urban fashion world.  Yet, the owners don't profit from The Original Lefty's; all the gains received go to the charitable organizations.
