This enticing Russian-speaking feline with slanting hazel eyes is a professional model and actress who lives in Seattle, WA but has travelled through a half of our planet, including New York City, Roatan/Honduras and Texas (with Mystique Magazine), San Francisco, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, San Diego, Portland, Ohio, Canada, Germany, Russia, Ukraine, and England. Versatile and creative, 25-year-old Victoria enjoys posing in front of the camera and doing different types of modeling work.
She has done fashion shows and ad campaigns for Music Legs, Dian Jean Designs, HOS, TopCo and others, in addition to being a Playboy Model, Perfect 10 trained model boxer, Mystique Magazine Model, and Marquis Model and was featured on the cover and 8 page editorial in February 2004 of Australian People Magazine. Her hobbies include photography, boxing, oil painting, learning new languages and international travel.
We contacted Victoria to find out more about her life style and career path.
How did you become interested in modeling?
I had always enjoyed getting my photos taken when I looked good as a child and then hired a photographer for photos for myself and he asked me to model for him many more times.
Tell us about your first modeling job. What were your impressions?
I had modeled about 20 times before I got a paid job so I felt pretty confident but learned I had to adapt my style at each shoot for each different photographer and the variety of concepts each one had.
What is the best job you ever did?
Shooting with Mystique Magazine and Marquis Models; they both have top quality photographers and get good locations and styling so all you have to do is show up and pose (smiling). Usually I have to provide the makeup, hair styling, wardrobe, jewelry etc. as well as modeling (smiling).
Tell us about the worst job you ever did, or the job you've absolutely hated.
I'm sure all models have had jobs where the photographer was less than professional. I have no horror stories but in a couple cases the photographer was very touchy, and trying to adjust my pose with his hands when he should have just told me what he wanted. It would be nice if they remember that we chose modeling as a job or career, that we are not looking for a date...
What do you do to stay fit? (your work-out and fitness agenda)
Right now I'm doing Model Boxing training for Perfect 10 so I exercise generally every day; sometimes weights, sometimes mainly cardio. I go to the boxing gym 3-4 times a week, and then generally yoga, abs, or pilates or another video at home...
What is your everyday schedule?
Every day is different; but a lot of emailing to set up shoots and planning trips, some auditions (I prefer to direct-book), sometimes acting classes, going to the gym, sometimes a fashion show, and also of course photoshoots; and everyday things like cooking, cleaning, grocery shopping; those boring things that no one escapes unless you have enough money to have a mansion with servants (smiling). I really wish I had more time, I don't watch movies or do much for fun, though I hope to get out to parks and the beach more this summer.
Have you ever taken on other jobs within fashion industry besides modeling (fashion design, photography)? Would you like to?
Yes, there are many opportunities and I love the entertainment business overall though you have to be wary of the BS you run into often. But I am interested and have a talent also for acting, photography, and being a make-up artist.
What is your favorite music (singer, band)?
Madonna, Enigma, Pet Shop Boys, Army of Lovers, Sean Paul, Adriano Celentano, Mylene Farmer and others. Very eclectic but leaning towards European tastes

How would you describe your everyday style? What do you like to wear outside of fashion shoots and catwalk?
My favorite things to wear are my Seven Jeans and a sexy Guess top.
Share your modeling secrets. What do you think is essential to successfull modeling career?
You have to have a certain confidence in order to bring it across to the camera. You don't have to be perfect but you have to be in the best shape for yourself, and pay attention to details like brow shape, what are your best angles, and to understand how to pose with lights; best having your face towards the brightest light so you don't get unflattering shadows. And how to do make-up and hair, because many times there will not be make-up artists available. And you have to be reliable and responsible; don't party late or drink and smoke.
Tell us about your favorite location. What's the best place you've ever travelled to so far? I loved Roatan, Honduras, it was beautiful, tropical and different than anything I've been at before. Also NYC and Miami are fun.
What is the worst place you've ever travelled to? Probably Ohio; it was freezing and I was shivering at my shoot there, in a cold basement while it was a blizzard outdoors.
Other than modeling, what would be your career choice?
By far it would be acting in films or TV shows. I have my fingers crossed that it will be come a reality someday, I'm doing my best to move towards that goal.
