Sultry pop star Christina Aguilera is engaged to her boyfriend, music executive Jordan Bratman, the singers agent has confirmed. According to the reports, 26-year-old Bratman proposed Friday after a romantic private dinner while the couple was vacationing and presented 24-year-old Aguilera with a $112,000 diamond ring designed by jeweler Stephen Webster, who also created rings for Guy Ritchie and Madonna.
"No wedding plans have been set yet," Aguilera's representative Meghan Prophet told AP.
Bratman, who helped launch Aguilera's career, has been dating the Grammy-winning singer for more than two years since he allegedly made the first move at a management meeting by asking Christina if she wanted to get something to eat.
"It's not exactly been a secret that they've wanted to get married, but Jordan wanted it to be absolutely perfect," New York Post cited a friend as saying.
