Erin Elmore an Attorney in Philadelphia was approached in the Spring of 2004 by Dexter Means, Vice President of Aqua Matrix an online Entertainment Company with offices in New York and Philadelphia. Mr. Means offered Ms. Elmore an opportunity to be the Spokes Model for Aqua Matrix, she gladly accepted. During that time Erin had mentioned that she felt a strong urge to break into television perhaps doing soaps or movies.

Appearing on The Apprentice 3, premiering January 20th, 26 year-old Erin Elmore is a native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania who currently resides in Center City Philadelphia. Erin is the perfect combination of beauty and intelligence. As a corporate attorney, she represented some of the largest businesses in the world. Erin received her Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law, where she participated in the prestigious Women Against Abuse Volunteer Attorney Program. Erin also attended the University of Miami and distinguished herself by earning a dual degree in Broadcasting and Political Science, cum laude. During her tenure at the University of Miami, Erin honed her skills in broadcast journalism by writing for the Miami Hurricane newspaper, participating in the news anchor program and winning the Most Outstanding Student Award in 2000.

Since her early teens, Erin has been working as a professional model, appearing in commercials, print advertisements, fashion shows and promotional events. Erin is also a former beauty queen and was even a semi-finalist in the Miss Pennsylvania USA pageant.
