The Top 10 Best/Worst Celebrity Eyebrow list for 2004 was compiled by beauty industry expert and eyebrow design master, Victoria Bush. The evaluation was based on proper placement of eyebrows, symmetry of the set and other characteristics.

According to the poll, which included Hollywood celebrities and well-known sports figures, Oprah Winfrey excelled all her famous rivals and took up the first line of the Top 10 Best Celebrity Brows list. “Oprah’s eyebrows always look beautiful and symmetrical, and they are perfectly suited for her features,” notes Victoria Bush, the author of How to Create the Perfect Eyebrow, a manual that covers everything related to eyebrow design.

“Most Hollywood celebrities and well-known athletes have their eyebrows designed by competent beauty professionals so they’re more likely to be well-groomed and suitable for their features. Choosing the Top 10 Worst Celebrity Eyebrows is more difficult because there aren’t as many poorly-designed celebrity brows,” she said, reports Beauty-UK.
