Pop princess Britney Spears – or better to say Mrs. Federline – has won a battle with the clothing company Light Breeze over the name of her 2003 album In The Zone.
The company claimed to be using the phrase in the promotion of clothing and live sports events, and accused the singer of “stealing” the idea.
In The Zone” is the fourth Britney’s album symbolizing the re-birth of a teenage girl into the mature and sexy young woman.
The San Diego Court solved the question in favor of defense.
