American supermodel Cindy Crawford, who will soon appear in Byblos spring/summer 2005 ad campaign, has launched her own line of beauty products, Meaningful Beauty, reports the British Vogue.
In collaboration with Europes leading cosmetic surgeon, Dr. Jean-Louis Sebagh, who has been giving her vitamin cocktail injections for 10 years, and one of the largest direct response television companies, Guthy-Renker, she decided to reveal her secret to flawless skin and came up with a product that defends skin against premature aging.
The Meaningful Beauty skincare system contains an exclusive age maintenance formulation to fight free radicals, help support the stimulation of natural collagen and rejuvenate youthful looking skin. Whats special about Meaningful Beauty is that each treatment product has at least seven active ingredients, including a first generation anti-oxidant, says Crawford from the Santa Monica offices. This is the latest in modern skin care science. From simply attaching her name to the product, the 38-year-old celebrity takes part in every decision throughout the creation of the line.
As much as I am into homeopathic and naturalistic [products], Im also a woman and if theres something scientific thats going to help me look better longer, younger longer - I want it, she told Womens Wear Daily. So this is not oatmeal bath, this is really a new technology with active ingredients.
