The 72-year old movie star Danny Aiello reveals his attitude to plastic surgery. The New York-based actor says he hates all the women with the “same lips” and “elephant breasts” so that he doesn’t even want to appear in Hollywood.

The actor, who calls himself a “four season guy”, claims he hates living in L.A. because of the utterly boiling sun. And he would only accept a job there if it's exceptional, because the sight of women who have had too much cosmetic surgery makes him sick.

The Moonstruck star was quoted by Contactmusic.com as saying:

"The women look alike with the same lips and that troubles me for them.

"When they get boobies made I blame that on their husbands because they're probably complete morons to think that a woman's breast being small wouldn't be beautiful, and they have to look like elephants, which is absolutely ridiculous."

Meantime the veteran actor urges mass media to stop writing about some socialites as Paris Hilton and P Daddy, calling them “morons”. The outspoken actor rages:

"How could you look up to these a**holes? A lot of them are creeps doing drugs, showing their boobies... How could you look up to that?

"Paris Hilton, who the hell does she think she is! I want to talk to these gossip columnists and say, 'For God's sake, why do you put these morons in the paper?'

"The only reason why people want to read about them is because you keep putting them in. Puff Daddy (P Diddy), this shmuck. I'm sitting here saying to myself, 'What are they doing? Is there nothing more interesting than reading about these morons?"
