People forget that during the hard times of the depression it was the fashion industry that helped to revitalize cities such as New York City. Making Fifth Avenue in New York City synonymous with saying "It's the Fashion Capital of the World!"
Fashion was so big and profitable in New York City that global advertising agencies decided that in order to tap into the profits and cash flow of advertising dollars available from the fashion industry they would have to eventually move their home offices close by. Well, we know Madison Avenue to be the advertising capital to the world. Yes, it was the ability of the fashion industry to create great wealth, that launched Madison Avenue as the advertising center of the world. Yes, the fashion industry is what lead to most of the wealth creation in New York and the rest of the United States and it seems as though those times are returning.
Global Business Dynamics, has developed a working relationship with a combination of financial services firms, private investors and different international government agencies to provide fashion designers and boutique owners with small business loans and venture capital to help them launch their businesses. $175 million have been budgeted for this initial Fashion Initiative.

The Fashion initiative from Global Business Dynamics will start in the United States and Canada. Starting March 1st, 2007 through the end of 2008 new markets will be introduced at the international level starting with different European countries and China, followed by South America and the Middle East.
