Supermodel Heidi Klum decided her words of wisdom should be heard and launched her new book Heidi Klum’s Body of Knowledge: 8 Rules of Model Behavior in New York last weekend. Besides the biographical stories and life maxims, the book embraces near 400 pics of the German model, including a number of nude shots or photos featuring the seductive beauty clad in the underwear brands.

“I wanted to write something because I thought I had so many great stories to tell and I had so many pictures and I didn’t want to just do a picture book,” said 31-year-old Klum after signing copies at a Wall Street bookshop on Friday, reports CNN. “So many things happen to me, especially always trying really hard and getting better, even when people said, ’No, you’re only a catalog girl.’”

“It’s for guys who want to know more about girls and for girls who want to know more about guys.“

To prove she’s a normal girl, the supermodel shared the negative experiences of her life similar to those of many young people, admitting in the introduction of her book that she pigs out and gets pimples like everybody else: “In fact, thanks to my adolescent acne, some snotty kids in high school used to call me Pizza Face.”

In addition to her personal memories and advice, Klum asked her famous friends to share their pearls of wisdom. The book includes tips from the likes of Donald Trump, who explains how to rise above criticism, and Miramax boss Harvey Weinstein, who reveals the secrets of how to break into the show business.
