The model and the singer did actually get married on a picturesque Mexican shore on Tuesday, Klum’s publicist Jaclyn Ayers confirmed yesterday. The ceremony took place at the Cuixmala resort, not far from Seal’s seaside getaway outside Puerto Vallarta, in front of the couple’s forty closest friends and family members.

The bride was in the Vera Wang ivory Chantilly lace frock for the occasion.

The couple is expecting their first child, although Klum already has a daughter Leni, from her relations with Italian Formula 1 tycoon Flavio Briatore. They split last year and soon after that Heidi went promptly into the affair with the British singer, who dedicated his album of greatest hits to Leni, Klum and her family.

It’s a second marriage for Klum, who spent five years married to her hairstylist Ric Pipino, before they split in 2002.

Both Klum and Seal are now promoting their careers: Heidi is trying her hand in acting and launches her own line of Perfume, Jewelry and Birkenstocks, and Seal, who was recently nominated for Grammy in the Male Pop Vocal Performance for “Love Divine”, has a busy year ahead of him, which starts with a gig in Henderson, Nevada next Friday.
