Teen actress and musician Hilary Duff celebrated her 17-th birthday last Tuesday with the launch of her new album, entitled Hilary Duff. The signer has told Launch Radio Networks that her new album dwells upon more personal things than her past recordings.
What it talks about is stuff that Ive gone through, like, in the past year, which is, you know, a lot, and some of its good, and some of its bad, and a lot of its, like, a big learning experience, says Duff.
And I got to write a lot about that with people that Ive worked with before, so I felt completely comfortable.
Duffs presents for her seventeenth birthday included a brand new sports car from her Mom and Dad, and, whats most important – a new publicist. Duffs parents hired Ken Sunshine, who happens to work with stars like Ben Affleck and DiCaprio, to handle her interests. Sunshine, who is a father of a young daughter himself, has already shared his plans for the star:
Whatever Hilary wants, he said.
Duffs newly released movie, Raise Your Voice is due to hit the stores on October 8.
