77-year-old Honor Blackman, who went down into history with her glamorous performance in James Bond flick Goldfinger, has teamed up with Marks&Spencer to appear in the clothing chain’s advertising campaign. The retail giant hopes that the actress, who was recently named one of the 100 sexiest movie stars of all time, will bring extra glamour to its Classic Collection.

M&S, who suffered considerable revenue losses during the past few years, hopes to win over more mature customers rather than targeting the young adults sector. The company’s buyers believe the actress will help them recover from the recent revenue slump.

Born in London in 1926, Honor has performed on stage, on big screen and on TV (“Coronation Street“, “The Avengers”). She made her most memorable appearance 30 years ago as strikingly seductive Pussy Galore, who won the heart of agent 007.
