According to allegations in the divorce papers filed by Lindsay Lohans mother Dina Lohan and published today in New York Daily News, the father of teen movie star Michael Lohan threatened to kill his estranged wife and children.
"O.J. Simpson has nothing on me," Lindsay’s father allegedly told the family's security guard last year, recalling the case of former football star acquitted of murder of his ex-wife and the other man. "I know exactly how I'm going to kill (them). I know when I'm going to do it, and I'm going to enjoy it."
The allegation also describes instances when Michael Lohan allegedly beat his wife. Dina Lohan is seeking full custody and alimony in $1 million US in damages.
Michael Lohan's lawyer, Dominic Barbara, was unavailable for comment.
FashionGates has reported earlier this month that in response for divorce suit filed by Dina, Michael Lohan demanded exactly half of the sum Linsday pays for her mom, which could add him up to $7 million a year.
Lindsay Lohan has recently released her album Speak and starred in films like Parent Trap, Mean Girls, Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen and Freaky Friday. She is also the new face of the ad-campaign for Dooney & Bourke handbags.
