Another celebrity making headlines today with another lawsuit is teen star Lindsay Lohan. The 18 year-old is being sued over an alleged car accident by Eddie Pamilton and his companion Ilex Harris. They claim Lohan have struck their vehicle in Studio City, California on August 3, 2004 and left leaving them with “pain, discomfort and physical disability”.

Pamilton and Harris who filed a personal injury suit in Los Angeles Superior Court on Wednesday seek compensation for unspecified damages, medical expenses, lost earnings and income.

Lohan’s spokesperson hasn’t yet commented on the lawsuit.

Ironically, the young actress is all set to play a racecar driver in her upcoming movie Herbie: Fully Loaded.
