Madonna, who has frequently changed styles during her singing career, will impersonate the most unusual image as a star of Versace ad campaign, reports the British Vogue. Stylist Brana Wolf has envisaged the 46-year-old diva in what probably is the most uncharacteristic environment for a Material Girl. In the latest Versace ad campaign the style icon appears as…a working woman.
Of course, Versace office is nothing like the typical work environment we are used to. Shots made by Mario Testino portray Madonna leaning on an office daybed and wearing a classic Versace print shirt. Versace office epitomizes style and luxury, just like designs of the fashion houses main creator Donatella.
The fashion giant plans to invest $20 million into its ad campaign, considerable part of which ($12 million) will go to Madonna. But Donatella Versace believes shes worth every cent of it.
Shes an icon. Shes an innovator, a groundbreaker and shes the best in her field. She relates to women of all ages. Shes got extraordinary personal style and has been a friend of mine and the house for many years.
