The famous singer, actress and writer has added another credit to her career and biography. From now on Madonna is planning to go into designing clothes for children. She says she gets tinspiration from her English Rose books.

In a newsletter that she addressed to her fan club the singer wrote: “And the English Rose Collection has been doing well at retail and I am thrilled about the look of the line which I have just finished designing. It is another reminder to always look for new ways to never stop reinventing yourself.” The year 2004 brought the Material Girl the recognition as a writer. Her book “The English Rose” was dedicated to Madonna’s daughter Lourdes and tells the story of a group of friends who are jealous of a little girl Binah. They think that she leads a perfect life but discover she's lonely and needs friendship.

Children’s web-site www.oliebollen.com which is one of the best selling children’s clothing sites has agreed to sell Madonna’s clothing line. Prices start from 52$ for the floral top and up to 150$ for the children’s biker jacket.

The animated version of singer’s books is planned. Recording to the rumors, Madonna will voice the Godmother and Britney Spears-Federline has also voted for the role in the cartoon.
