One half on hip-hop duo Outkast Andre 3000, who is also a fashion designer with his own clothing label, has signed up to appear in a Paramount Pictures drama tentatively entitled “Four Brothers, ” starring Mark Wahlberg.

Andre 3000 will appear as one of four siblings seeking to avenge their mother’s death. Tyrese (The Flight of the Phoenix) and Garrett Hedlund (Friday Night Lights) along with Wahlberg are cast to play Andre’s brothers.

Andre 3000, whose outrageous outfits won him “best dressed” status with the Esquire magazine, has previously appeared in Guy Ritchie’s Revolver and is also starring in HBO’s Outkast movie. The singer owns a fashion label Andre Benjamin and draws his fashion inspirations from clothes of the Great Gatsby era.
