City Attorney Rocky Delgadillo’s office is considering filing charges against “American Idol” Judge Paula Abdul for her alleged role in an apparent hit-and-run accident, that happened on December 20t, 2004 on a Hollywood freeway.

Nobody was hurt. City attorney’s office spokesman Paula Abdul clipped another car when changing lanes without looking, striking the vehicle. According to AP Mateljan said the car continued going its way and the driver never stopped to exchange information.

The driver of Abdul’s car actually wasn’t identified, but the passenger of the crashed car used his mobile phone’s camera to shoot the moving away vehicle and took the Mercedes’ number.

The AP reporters tried to contact the former Lakers cheerleader for further information about the charges and the accident itself, but her publicist Stephanie Sher claimed that the singer is traveling abroad.
