Rock's bad boy Pete Doherty is in exile. The Babyshambles frontman was send to the wilds of Wales by the record company bosses to record the groups album. It seems it is too difficult for the troubled rocker to stay in the big crowded city without getting into trouble.
On Sunday, March 20, Doherty has left London and went to Welsh remote studio. According to gigwise.com his manager James Mullord told BBC 6 Music:
"We had to get into a residential studio. We didn't fancy doing it in London because of all the obvious distractions and so he's actually bailed to a residential studio for the next four weeks, until the 15th of April.
"He's fine to work there. London would have turned into a mechanical clock on/clock off 'cause he would have had to be back at home, but 'cause he's been bailed to the studio we can work a lot more natural cycles into the night."
Babyshambles had to cancel four gigs in London, after the Doherty's duet with Shane McGowan on St. Patrick's Day. The singer has lost his voice and was unable to perform.
The rocker's girlfriend, supermodel Kate Moss decided to join her boyfriend in Wales, despite his manager's plea to leave him alone during recording time.
