As report Finanza & Mercati, Italian fashion house Prada Holding NV plans to sell 80-100 mln eur worth of industrial real estate to Pirelli & C Real Estate SpA and its partner Soros. The newspaper said, Prada, who previously sold some shops both in Italy and abroad to Italys Aedes and Beni Stabili, is likely to finalize its third spin-off of real estate by the end of the year and thus hopes to cut the companys debt.
Patrizio Bertelli announced earlier this month, that that Pradas initial public offering had been postponed for the fourth time, giving rise to speculations of possible sell-off of Jil Sander and Helmut Lang brands.
