The rapper, fashion designer and entertainment mogul Sean Combs, known to many by his P.Diddy nickname, celebrated the Fourth of July with his sixth annual “White Party,” inviting a flock of celebrities, the likes of Paris Hilton, Tyson Beckford and Mary J Blige, to the New York hotspot the Hamptons. The party, all dressed in stark-white, moved to the Playstation 2 estate to enjoy the cocktail bash.
Combs, 34, chose the All-American holiday to celebrate the launch of his “Citizen Change” campaign, designed to encourage minorities and young people to vote in the upcoming US November presidential elections.
"I don't really have faith in politicians or politics, but I have faith in the power of the people, and if we educate ourselves about the hustle we can make things right," Combs said.
