Irish pop-singer Samantha Mumba stole the crowd’s attention at the London Spider-man 2 premier in Leicester Square by donning a dress, which will possibly enter the record books as the most expensive ever created. Fashion guru Scott Henshall wove thousands of diamonds into the $9 million gown, spinning into a spider’s web over the singer’s navel.

"Scott made this dress especially for me and I'm so excited to be wearing it, though I'm a bit nervous because it cost so much money," said Mumba, who was so scared of damaging the dress that she finally changed out of it for the after show party.

The dress, that Mumba said was “really comfortable,” was topped off with a giant diamond spider ring which covered the singer’s right hand.
