Victoria Beckham says that she worked really hard to regain her forms after the birth of her and Davids third son Cruz. Victorias soccer star husband David Beckham infuriated new mothers by praising his wife for shedding the pounds she gained during her pregnancy within three weeks.
"She's great and she's losing the weight quickly, which is pleasing for her. She's very happy - she didn't put much on anyway, to be honest, she only had this little cute bump. But she's really good and really healthy," the British football captain told the Sky News.
Some sources report that Victoria followed the celebrity diet created by Liz Hurley. The main idea is having just one meal per day. Nevertheless, Victoria says she achieved her new look only thanks to the gym and healthy food. Her spokesman said: "She hasn't been on a mad diet. She has been working really hard in the gym and feels great. The aim of any new mum is to fit into a pair of pre-pregnancy jeans and Victoria is delighted to do that”.
Victoria wants other young moms to know that she’s not at all diet-obsessed.
Despite Victoria’s immediate sport splash, the doctors recommend the new mother to wait from eight to ten weeks before going to the gym.
Beckhams say that its only now that their eldest son Brooklyn is beginning to understand that his father is one of world’s most famous football payers. "Brooklyn will come to us and say 'Daddy, why are there all those photographers out there?' and we'll say to him, 'Because you're so handsome they just want to take pictures of you'," he said.
