Ex-Spice Girl Victoria Beckham is set to appear nude in the April issue of British magazine Tatler to promote the book of her good friend Elton John. The beauty was shot in June, on the early stage of her third pregnancy, by photographer Vanessa Von Zitzewitz, wearing only a pair of Jimmy Choo high heels and Cartier jewellery.

However, Victoria's nudity may be just seeming.  FemaleFirst.com quoted an insider saying: "She wasn't completely naked - she did wear flesh-coloured underwear to preserve her modesty."

Four Inches, the brainchild of Jimmy Choo creative director Tamara Mellon, is dedicated to Elton John's Aids Foundation and is expected to be published in May. All the profit from the book's sales will go to the Aids charity.

The wife of England's soccer star David Beckham is not the only one to appear nude on the pages of Tatler  and the book. Among celebrities feautred in Four Inches are supermodels Kate Moss and Rachel Hunter, the Duchess of York, Sarah Ferguson, and the former Spice Girl Geri Halliwell.

31-year-old Victoria Beckham is now in her eighth month of pregnancy, and, despite all the rumours that the Real Madrid star will be a father of three sons, the couple is said to be expecting a daughter. Spain's La Razon newspaper is saying they will name the girl Luna.
